Stone keyboards and more

During Covid, I had the crazy idea of making a mechanical keyboard from stone-like materials. I ordered some materials from the UK, made a prototype and then posted it to Reddit. The "shut up and take my money!" reaction inspired me to create my second business, Brazen Studio. We eventually added coffee gear, desk accessories and lighting to the product lineup.

Art X Technology.

All of my products are made by casting engineered stone composites. I design the shape in Fusion360 or Blender, 3d print it and then create a custom silicone mold.

The results

• Built a cult following among mechanical keyboard enthusiasts in over 20 countries, with USA as the largest market

• Opened a 1000sf studio space in Chai Wan

• Multiple products went viral, featuring on the likes of Gizmodo, Yanko Design, Design Milk
