• 2003, Joined San Francisco Coffee, an asian coffee shop chain at the forefront of speciality coffee

• I worked with the founder in all aspects of the business, training staff, marketing, scounting new locations

• Managed the build out of 3 shops in Hong Kong

• Learned from world class coffee experts, including WBC judges

Epoch

• Worked with the founder of Epoch, a Hong Kong based FnB operator

• Worked closely with the founder in all aspects of the business

• Created a new corporate catering unit, which became one of the most successful parts of the business

• Spearheaded the development of highly successful Japanese pudding product

• Oversaw construction of two cafes and a school canteen

• Managed marketing team and kickstarted multiple brand collaborations
